We know that some large companies offer returns and exchanges and we hope someday we’re big enough to do the same. Until then, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged.
If you do receive an item which is damaged, you have 30 days from receipt to email us a photo of it, including the box it was shipped in, and proof of purchase to shop.blackinkca@gmail.com
