Through its recently formed Altadena Builds Back Foundation (ABBF), Pasadena Community Foundation (PCF) has committed significant funding for the long-term residential recovery in Altadena. The mission of ABBF is to help lead and fund Altadena’s community-centered recovery, ensuring a just, equitable rebuilding process that prioritizes housing and those most affected by the Eaton Fire. The resources of ABBF will be used to provide resources and options for people who want to stay and rebuild in Altadena and to preserve and enhance the affordability for both homeowners and renters.
