RED DINING BOOK: 2025 Los Angeles Edition
RED DINING BOOK, the brainchild of Switzerland-born husband-and-wife-duo, Deborah & Carlo Schmid, is a contemporary, limited edition boutique restaurant guide book with vouchers. Featuring a selection of the couple's most memorable dining experiences in LA, the Schmids lovingly deem the book as a "culinary passport."
After a successful run of their inaugural Los Angeles RED DINING BOOK in 2024, which boasted 15 of their favorite restaurants, Deborah + Carlo are happy to announce an expanded lineup of 24 establishments for the coming year AND introduce: Santa Barbara Wine Country edition.
Dining value up to $720 for the LA Edition, and Dining & Tasting value up to $840 for the SB Wine Country Edition.
Once RED DINING BOOK is in hand, the process unfolds quite simply:
• Reserve –– Make a reservation at the featured restaurants + mention in the reservation notes that you are a RED DINING BOOK holder (**on busy Fridays or Saturdays, restaurants have the option to limit the number of reservations).
• Come together –– Show up with the RED DINING BOOK in the restaurant with at least one additional person + order a minimum of two main entrées.
• Enjoy entrée –– Present the RED DINING BOOK before payment + get the less expensive main entrée offered (with a maximum discount of $30) in each of the featured restaurants.
